awesome work

hey i really like your work and was wondering how you made the lines that flow throughout your work 3 dimensional? is it a case of drawing them that way then filling them with 2 different tones or do you use cinema 4D or a similar programme? (btw i'm not suddenly going to jack your style haha i'd like to start incorperating some 3D stuff into my work but wouldn't know where to start)
